✱ When will my order arrive?
Sticker orders are sent through untracked letter mail unless you upgraded to tracked shipping. This is done to keep shipping costs low.
Because of this, the arrival date is uncertain. However, your order should arrive within 14 business days at the absolute latest. For international orders, it can take as long as a month depending on location.

Items are phased out every now and then, and sometimes they are permanently taken off of the store, however, they will always be displayed in the [CATALOG]!
If you want a particular item back, shoot me a message on Etsy.

If it has been more than 14 business days since your expected arrival date, please contact me!
I have had issues sending to dorms in the past. Consider providing an alternative address if available.
Delays are to be expected during the holiday season. Please keep in mind that I do not have any control over orders once they are handed off to the post office.

✱ Domestic orders
Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days 90% of the time (in my experience), HOWEVER, I have had some customers receive their orders as late as 14 business days after the ship date.
✱ International orders
International orders arrive within 6-10 business days. I have had some customers receive their international order as late as 1 month after the ship date depending on location.
✱ Shipping costs
All sticker orders are sent through untracked envelopes and stamps. $1 domestically and $3 internationally.
If you would rather upgrade to tracked shipping (it's also faster), please message me before placing your order. Tracking is $4+ domestically and $14+ internationally (this can fluctuate based on your specific location and is out of my control).

Processing time can be slow, especially during holidays. Orders will be packed and sent out within 1-10 business days. Thank you for your patience! Processing time will be more efficient once I finish school. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns.

If you would like to cancel your order, please message me ASAP. Once your order has been shipped, I cannot accept cancellations. Returns are not accepted. Regardless, please reach out to me to see if there is anything else I can do for you.
